Key Responsibilities

• Conducting analysis, design and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements and specifications
• Translates detailed design specifications into technical solutions building data integration processes, populating data-marts, and creating dashboard and reports
• Identify and implement root cause fixes to program, system and/or applications errors
• Prepares technical specification documentations
• Involvement in migration projects
• Develop complex queries that are used by front end applications
• Document and maintain a robust knowledge base of resolved issues, guidance materials and user FAQs
• Experience in understanding business needs and translating to functional/technical requirements

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, Snow Pipe, Python, Tasks, Streams, Time travel, Optimizer, Metadata Manager, data sharing, and stored procedures
• Experience in Snowflake SQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake Developing scripts UNIX, Python etc. to do Extract, Load and Transform data
• In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concept and modelling structure principles
• Experience in Data warehousing – OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts and Data modelling
• Good working knowledge of any ETL tool (preferably Informatica)
• Good to have familiarity with data visualization tools
• Experience in MSBI stack
• Strong fundamentals in problem solving, complexity analysis, and data visualization
• Flexible and versatile to adapt to any new environment with a strong desire to keep pace with latest technologies
• Possess Problem Solving, Analytical, and Interpersonal skills with result-oriented dedication towards goals
• Capable of working as a Team Member or Individually with minimum supervision
• High motivation, strong work-ethic and positive attitude while working under tight
  timelines
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with 6+ years of experience in Data management (e.g. DW/BI) solutions
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Snowflake and Informatica
